Just like you, I want to leave the world a fairer, healthier, safer and kinder place than I found it. But my experience of helping people and planet has taught me how challenging this can be.
In my life as a meditation and Buddhist teacher outside the world of energy poverty and climate change prevention, I've seen more and more people turn up who are exhausted and ill from running up hill at work. The problems are huge, the resources to tackle them never feel enough.
I’m not going to tell you it’s all going to be ok. The reality is that progress in ourselves and in the world is not simple or linear, particularly without the key ingredients to enable this. You know that.
But I am here to share my learning from 15+ years of working in social and environmental sectors, over a decade of transforming my mindset, communication and nervous system patterns as a Buddhist and meditator, and almost eight years of teaching this to others.
