During the day, and before Simon takes the main arena stage, we'll have heard about how the global serviced apartment sector stands, right now, in the State of the Nation panel featuring Richard Toomer, Samantha Mcknight, Rebecca Hollants Van Loocke, and Richard Dawes, moderated by Stephen Lowy.

We'll have enjoyed a 'Meet the Buyers' session, shared 'Strategic Insights: Policies, Regulations, and Investment Trends', listened to 'Benchmarking Success: Data and Market Insights', and a People panel session 'To Hire and to Hold'.

Following lunch and 90 minutes of networking opportunities, we can choose 'The Agent's View', or a Masterclass from industry expert Carolyn Pearson (nee Carr), 'Inclusive Excellence: Creating Safe Spaces for All Guests'.
