This interactive discussion will focus on the agency role within the booking process from both agent and operator perspectives and how they can collaborate more effectively, covering:

🔹 Where do agents and operators face challenges, and how can we improve together?
🔹 How can agents and operators collaborate more effectively to enhance the guest experience & better the industry / corporate client through education?

With the theme "Mind the Gap," this session aims to foster transparency, strengthen partnerships, and highlight the value of ASAP membership to existing and potential new members.
