ASAP's Annual CEO Lunch

You’re invited to join me and the ASAP team for our 2026 CEO Lunch, returning by popular demand and taking place this year at The Happenstance in Paternoster Square, St Paul's.

It will be your chance to say au revoir — or perhaps adiós, amiga mía — to our incredible friend and colleague Kim Ashmore, who is retiring after over 10 years with ASAP and many more years as a highly respected and well-known figure in the serviced accommodation industry. We’re sure her next chapter will be filled with travel and adventure — just some of the many passions she’s known for.

💙 Supporting an important cause

This year, the lunch will help raise awareness and support for Your Place — an East London homelessness charity working to solve homelessness one person at a time, by equipping individuals with the tools to live independently.

We hope you’ll join us for what promises to be a memorable afternoon filled with friendship, celebration and community spirit.
