We are incredibly honored to welcome Alexa Rebecca—Whitney's sister—who is traveling all the way from Florida to lead this one-of-a-kind healing experience exclusively at Asè Apothecary.

This isn't another breathwork or yoga class. This is an evening of real emotional healing and transformation.

Held outside beneath the tree, this intimate experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience healing in a peaceful, beautiful setting.

Together, we'll gently uncover the limiting beliefs and old stories that have shaped how we see ourselves, release what no longer serves us, and begin rebuilding from a place of truth, self-love, and compassion.

This experience is designed to be interactive, creative, and deeply supportive. Through guided exercises, personal reflection, hands-on activities, and meaningful connection with others, you'll begin integrating your healing in real time—not after you leave.

Each participant will receive everything needed for the workshop, including:

• Poster board
• Stickers
• Post-its
• Colored pens
• Tea light candle
• Notebook paper
