Join us for an intensive, in-person workshop designed to deepen your understanding of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Through experiential learning in a supportive environment, we’ll explore ACT’s philosophical foundations and build fluency with the six core processes that support psychological flexibility. You’ll leave with tools, case examples, and practical strategies to integrate ACT more confidently into your clinical work.
You’ll also be joining a values-driven community of clinicians who care about integrity, curiosity, and lifelong learning. This isn’t just a two-day training. It’s a launch point for deeper practice, meaningful connection, and opportunities for continued support through consultation, peer supervision, and advanced workshops.
