Street Pastor Scotland conference 2026

Saturday 03 October: Street Pastor Conference, where we all come together to celebrate what God is doing in Scotland across Street Pastors, Prayer Pastors, Rail Pastors and Schools Pastors.

Who is invited to this conference? Everyone interested! Street Pastors, Prayer Pastors, Rail Pastors and Schools Pastors are invited. People from your church, or any person who has a heart for Street Pastors is invited and very welcome. The conference is free to attend.

Time: 9:30am-4:00pm. 9:30am for tea, coffee and pastries for a 10am start.

Venue: Stirling Baptist Church, FK8 1AU. 3 minute walk from Stirling train station and bus station. Network Rail have provided free train travel  to the conference, for our volunteers. Please purchase your train tickets and email Bethany with proof of purchase at adminscotland@ascensiontrust.org.uk to receive a refund.
All day parking is available for a reasonable price 5 minutes' walk away, in Forthside Car Park.

Lunch: Please bring your own sandwiches. We suggest you bring your own travel mug, for hot drinks. We will provide tea and coffee, water, fruit and a selection of pastries.

What to expect? Short talks, from Ascension Trust Scotland (who facilitate, train and equip Street Pastors), hearing updates from what is going on in other Street Pastor teams, prayers, breaks, friendly chat with other delegates, opportunities for you to be prayed for and opportunities for you to share your experience in small groups. Suggestions have come from SPIs around highlights and challenges as Street Pastors at the moment. There will be time to share and discuss how we can be of support to one another.

Sunday 04 October: Back in your home church, celebrate Street Pastor Sunday and share what God is doing through Street Pastors. This is an invitation for YOU to contact your church and share with them in a relevant way, wearing your Street Pastor uniform, about what God is doing through Street Pastors. By 'relevant', we mean relevant to your church, because you know your church best. Maybe you will speak at the front, or lead a prayer. Maybe you will greet people from at the door of your church in your uniform! It's up to you. Email Bethany to let ATS know you are taking part in Street Pastor Sunday.
