The Sacred Studio: Cacao, Creative Flow & Sound Healing

When was the last time you allowed yourself to play?

The Sacred Studio is an intimate evening of ceremonial cacao, guided creative expression, and immersive sound designed to reconnect you with the part of yourself that knows how to explore, create, and move through the world with curiosity and joy.

We’ll begin in circle with ceremonial cacao, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to soften. Through breathwork, meditation, and intention setting, we’ll gently open space for creativity before ever picking up a brush.

During the meditation, you’ll be guided to meet your playful inner child - the part of you that once created freely, before perfectionism or self-doubt ever had a chance to step in.

From there, we move into the creative portion of the evening.

You’ll be guided through my signature mixed-media watercolor process so there is a structure to begin with, but the real invitation is exploration. Watching water carry pigment across the page has a way of loosening the grip of control and allowing something unexpected to emerge.

Throughout the evening, sound healer Heidi Baggott will weave gentle chimes, drumming, and grounding sound into the space. We will close the night with a dedicated 30-minute sound healing experience, allowing the body to integrate the creative energy of the evening and leaving you feeling calm, settled, and fully back in your body.

This evening isn’t about being “good at art.”

It’s about presence, curiosity, and remembering how to create from a place of freedom.

Jennifer is a certified cacao facilitator and spiritual life coach who guides women back into deeper connection with themselves through ritual, creativity, and heart-centered practice. Her work blends ceremonial cacao, meditation, and intuitive creative exploration to help women reconnect with their inner wisdom and creative life force.

Heidi Baggott
Heidi is a sound bath practitioner, Level II Reiki practitioner, and artist who works at the intersection of sound, intention, and creative transformation. Specializing in mental health, trauma, and addiction recovery, she blends Eastern wisdom, creative practice, and genuine warmth to create deeply supportive healing spaces.
