Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals (ASPH) Glee Club presents:
A production organised by and starring ASPH staff (and some very helpful friends and family volunteers).
Robin Hood & the Babes in the Wood, a pantomime by Ben Crocker https://www.bencrockerpantomimes.com.
The classic tale of derring do! Robin Hood may be the best archer in the land, but can he escape the clutches of the dastardly Sheriff of Nottingham and save the Babes? With your help he can - so come along to boo, hiss and cheer as the Sheriff gets his just deserts. Expect a feast of fun, laughter and song as this panto hits the bullseye!
All profits from this production (including, raffle, bar, and programme sales) will be going to our Charity Staff Wellbeing Fund.
Ticket Cost and Fees
Each ticket is £10 and has a 72p booking fee. Each transaction has a 1.9% + 20p charge. We are asking our audience to pay these fees so we can raise as much money as possible for our Staff Wellbeing Fund!
Donations
If you wish to make an additional donation to our Staff Wellbeing Fund we would be most grateful, and this can be done when purchasing tickets.
Bar
There is a bar area onsite and we will be serving a small collection of soft drinks, beer, wine, and spirits as well as light snacks.
Programmes
Programmes can be purchased at each performance for £2.00 each.
Raffle
There will be a raffle at each performance and we will be selling tickets or £1 a strip. Tickets will be pulled during the interval.
Payment Types at Venue
We prefer cash payment and card and contactless payment will be available.
Doors Open, Performance Start, and Performance Length
For evening performances doors will open from 18:45 with the production due to start at 19:30.
For the matinee performance doors will open at 12:45 with the production due to start at 13:30.
The show is expected to last no longer than 3 hours including a short 20 minute interval between acts 1 and 2.
Getting There, Accessibility, and Car Parking
The Cecil Hepworth Playhouse is step-free access for the audience or event attendees to the auditorium, foyer, bar and accessible WC facilities. All floor level seats can be swapped out for wheelchair users, please let us know in advance via the email below or in the booking form.
The Playhouse has limited parking out front of 20 spaces including marked disabled bays, with no electric car charging points. We ask that those who are able to, to please park at The Heart / Sainsbury's (5 min walk) or at Drewitts Court (5 min walk, free after 19:00). This way spaces out front can be left for those who are less able to walk. The nearest train station is Walton on Thames, just over a mile from the town centre. The theatre is a ~20 minute walk or a short ride from the taxi rank outside the station.
Refunds and Cancellations
Please note refunds are only available if the show is cancelled or postponed otherwise all ticket sales are final.
