Ashgate Hospice Light up a Life - Ceremony Only

Our ceremony will begin at 6pm in our beautifully lit hospice gardens. However, we invite you to come to the hospice from 5.15pm. Refreshments, free of charge, will be available on arrival in our day hospice. We look forward to welcoming you in the hospice gardens. It promises to be a touching ceremony, featuring a choir, readings and poems.

Before the event, you will have the opportunity to collect and decorate a glass jar, which many people choose to do in memory of their loved ones. Please remember to bring your jar to the ceremony, and light up our gardens with your tributes. Lights for your jars will be available to collect on the night. If you reserve your place in the weeks leading up to the event and haven't received a jar, please don't worry - there will be plenty of lanterns ready to collect at the hospice before the ceremony begins.

Each person attending the ceremony will need to reserve a place. It is FREE to reserve your place, and FREE to book a parking space at Ash Green.

Parking will be available at Ash Green (opposite the hospice) from 5.15pm. If you require parking, please add one parking ticket per vehicle for your group. Disabled parking spaces will also be available at the hospice, please let the parking marshals know when you arrive if you require a disabled parking space.
