Join us in Taipei, Taiwan for the Asia IDDSI Conference 2026 – “IDDSI Realities” on 7 November 2026. This one-day conference will explore the real-world application of IDDSI across healthcare, research, food innovation, and industry. Topics include the impact of IDDSI in medical care and hospitals, medication management in dysphagia, oral health and food processing, food rheology and practical kitchen testing, Taiwan’s texture-modified foods, and the ways texture modification can affect quality of life. AIC2026 will bring together multidisciplinary professionals from across Asia and beyond to share knowledge, practical insights, and regional experience in improving care for people with dysphagia.
