Terms & Conditions of Sales

CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

• You may cancel your registration at any time prior to January 31, 2025. An administrative fee of US$100 will be deducted from your refund.
• Cancellations made between February 1, 2025 and February 15, 2025 will be entitled to a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made starting February 16, 2025 are non-refundable.
• All cancellations must be requested in writing. Substitutions may be made no later than February 15, 2025. Requests must be made by either the person who registered the participant or the registered participants themselves.
• Registrations are not transferable onsite and will not be entertained.
• No shows will not be entitled to refunds.
• Mode of refund shall depend on your original mode of payment. If you registered as a group and one person cancels, you will be billed at the individual rate. The amount in your invoice will be amended to reflect this change.
• Your registration is for your exclusive use only and is non-transferable. You will be billed for an extra registration, should your badge be used by your colleague.
• The special room rate we have negotiated at The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, in Nusa Dua - Bali is for the exclusive use of our conference participants. If you reserved a room at the The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa using our special room rate, you will be billed for the conference registration fee in full.
• The organizer reserves the right to change the venue and dates of the ALIA Annual Meeting in case of unavoidable circumstances beyond our control. Further, due to unforeseen circumstances, the schedule may change at the last minute without advance notice.
