Know Before You Go:

1). Doors open 8:45 PM EST once the show starts at 9:00PM EST no one will be allowed in or allowed out.

2). ID's will be checked at the door. MUST have government issued ID at check in. Tickets are not transferable.

3). Minors (anyone under 21 years old) must be accompanied by someone 21+ or older or they will be refused at the door, you are not entitled to a refund, chargeback, or credit if you are refused at the door.

4). MUST be 21+ years or older to consume alcohol.

5). ALL TICKETS ARE FINAL SALES- NO REFUNDS, NO CREDITS, AND NO CHARGEBACKS WILL BE ISSUED NO EXCEPTION. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. In the case ticket pricing changes you are not entitled to any refunds, credits, or chargebacks. Asian NYFW reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against you for violating refund policies, chargeback policies, intellectual property rights, fraud, or similar grounds.

6). Designer lineup, start times, and end times subject to change by production without notice. By purchasing tickets you agree and understand that you will not be entitled to a refund, credit, or chargeback in the event of a change in start time and/or end time.

You agree that by purchasing tickets to Asian NYFW you consent and understand that all attendees waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits or jury trials.Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. In the case ticket pricing changes you are not entitled to any refunds, credits, or chargebacks. Asian NYFW reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against you for violating refund policies, chargeback policies, intellectual property rights, fraud, or similar grounds. Our decision to delay exercising or enforcing any right or remedy under this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or remedy with respect to any party. Disputes between Asian NYFW and attendees are resolved through the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.In consideration for being allowed to participate or attend Asian NYFW, you release from liability and waive your right to sue Asian NYFW, their affiliates, employees, officers, volunteers and agents collectively from any and all claims, including claims of negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss you may suffer or which may result from my participation or attendance of Asian NYFW, travel to and from Asian NYFW (including air travel), or any events incidental to Asian NYFW. By purchasing ticket(s) for Asian NYFW you automatically consent to allow Asian NYFW and it's affiliates to photograph or take videos of you, used for publications and marketing materials to include, but not limited to: social media ads, social media posts, event flyers, video recaps, general publications, email blasts, website, television/film trailers, television/film teasers, television/film programming or television/film pilot(s). By purchasing ticket(s) for Asian NYFW you understand that you do not own the rights of any future television/film programming, photographs, videos, television episode, trailer, or pilot that could be created from the fashion show present and future. Designer lineup, start times, and end times subject to change by production without notice.
