"The Vale: Origins" Film & Author Talk

Join us for a FREE screening of The Vale: Origins, a short film prequel to the exciting new middle grade novel The Vale, by NYT bestselling author Abigail Hing Wen. The Vale: Origins stars three-time Tony Award Winner Lea Salonga, and is about a grieving inventor family who begin to drift apart—until their young son’s creativity sparks a journey toward healing, in a virtual reality fantasy world they made.

The film will be followed by a 30 minute discussion with author and filmmaker Abigail Hing Wen, moderated by Boston film critic Anna Hoang.
