In this workshop we will be covering all the basics and more of how to care, repair and if necessary; replace parts relating to the brakes and gears. We will work at a steady pace to consolidate knowledge and there will be plenty of time to have hands on practice working on your own bike, under my guidance. There will also be opportunities to ask general questions beyond the schedule of the workshop. I will check all your work before you leave so you can be reassured you will cycle safely home!

What we aim to cover in the workshop (this may increase or decrease depending on the ability and pace of the learners; we concentrate on cementing a good foundation of understanding rather than trying to do to much and forgetting it all!)
