Alan Powers on ‘What makes Greenside so special?’ Understanding Ernö Goldfinger’s Architecture

Greenside Primary School is an important example of post-war architecture by Ernö Goldfinger - engaging speaker and eminent C20th expert Alan Powers tells us more about this heritage gem and educational star within our neighbourhood and about the campaign to make it fit for future generations.

Alan Powers, expert in art, architecture and design of the 20th century and former Chairman of the 20th Century Society, is one of the most entertaining speakers we know. He will aim to persuade us all that Greenside School is a heritage asset well worth looking after….
