RAGEher Chicago: For Space Holders, Practitioners, Healers

Sat Oct 10, 2026 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM Hairpin Arts Center, Chicago

An embodiment experience for the space holders—practitioners, therapists, coaches, healers...to reclaim their relationship to anger.

You hold space for so many.

This time, we’re holding it for you.

Join us in Chicago for a powerful RAGEher experience designed specifically for the space holders.

RAGEher is a movement where women reclaim their anger as a source of aliveness, clarity, and connection. Rooted in neuroscience, somatic experiencing, and emotional regulation techniques, RAGEher has been shaped by over 700+ women (ages 18–78), along with input from practitioners who continue to help evolve this work.

This is for you if:

  • You hold space for others and rarely get a chance to be held yourself
  • You’re longing for an embodied, expressive, connected way to move through your own emotions
  • You want to be part of a growing movement that’s changing the way we relate to anger—individually and collectively
  • You’re curious about becoming a Rage Doula or facilitator for future RAGEher events

What happens at RAGEher?

This is not group therapy.
This is not an anger management class.
This is not a rage room.
(Although we do have padded bats, pillows, and mats to throw a tantrum on.)

And no one will force you to scream, share, cry, or participate in ways that don't feel right for you.

RAGEher is a substance-free movement and embodiment experience for those who hold womanhood or femmeness in their body, story, or spirit to reclaim their relationship with anger.

Through music, movement, somatic practices, emotional expression, and community, you'll be guided through an experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, your voice, and your aliveness.

What others have said

“I’ve been a therapist for over a decade, and this is the first time I’ve gotten what it means to integrate my anger. That it’s intention and action and my life force.”

"As a mother of multiples and a wife, I am constantly tending to the emotional needs of my family every single day. I am constantly regulating everyone else's nervous system while my own nervous system is depleted. RAGEher gave me a space to reconnect with the unseen parts of me that needed to feel seen, the parts of me that needed to release the weight of it all, and the parts of me that needed to feel cared for too."

“I came here wanting to release anger. I didn’t expect to be sobbing in the arms of a stranger (Rage Doula). It felt strange and also so good, especially given how much space I hold for my clients.”

Who holds the Space Holder?

At RAGEher, that support comes from our team of Rage Doulas.

A Rage Doula is a trained space holder who helps people reconnect with anger as a healthy, human emotion.

They don't fix, diagnose, analyze, or manage your feelings.
They help you stay connected to your body and move that energy with intention.

In a culture that often teaches us to suppress anger, fear it, intellectualize it, or pathologize it, Rage Doulas help people reclaim anger as information, boundaries, truth, self-respect, power, and a pathway toward what matters most.

Our team includes somatic practitioners, clinicians, coaches, facilitators, educators, intuitive healers, community leaders, and helping professionals with collective expertise spanning somatics, neuroscience, nervous system regulation, emotional expression, trauma-informed care, rupture and repair, intimacy, pleasure, and embodied healing.

More importantly, we're humans who understand what it means to carry hard things.

And we believe nobody should have to carry them alone.

Accessibility matters to us

We have a discount for practitioners who are interested in having a reciprocal relationship with RAGEher.
Reach out to RAGEher's founder, Krissie, at krissie@askhuh.com to join our growing community of practitioners!

The work starts with us

As helping professionals, we ask people every day to feel what they've been avoiding.

To tell the truth.
To listen to their bodies.
To move toward what's alive.

This is your invitation to do the same.

Join us for an evening of embodied practice, emotional expression, community, and connection with fellow practitioners who are changing the way we relate to anger.

Because the people who hold the healing deserve spaces to heal, too.

We saved you a spot. ❤️‍🔥
