ASSAP Training & Activities Weekend 2025

Eligible Training Participants will be either those AAI’s who have completed one of ARI online courses during 2024 /2025.
Additional spaces available for AAI’s who have not yet undertaken the ARI online course modules but who wish to gain a credit for the Practical skills module in advance of taking the online ARI modules.
Our desire for this Exceptional Training Weekender is for our members to Stay, Learn and Socialise - embodying what makes ASSAP unique, our best-in-class training, our events and our community engagement. With great value for our members. Moving forward with a firm foot toward the future.
We aim to provide an unforgettable experience in Pembrokeshire, the stunning coastal region renowned for its eerie encounters and rich history of UFO/UAP sightings. Alongside our immersive ASSAP training, we’re hosting exclusive Skywatch events beneath the stars, spine-chilling ghost walks and tours, and a captivating trip to Tenby. With ample time for recreation and exploration, you’ll have the chance to soak in the breathtaking beauty of Pembrokeshire’s coast while diving into its mysterious, uncanny atmosphere. What better place to hone your skills and put your training to the test in this hotspot of the paranormal!

10.00 - 15.00 Free Time and/or Trip to either Pembroke castle & Tenby (Castle admission cost will be extra payable by the participant). Lunch not provided - Castle has a cafe and there are lots of cheap eats in Pembroke and Tenby

Monday

We offer extra nights for the Monday and Tuesday ( 24th and 25h November) , £30 each a night with breakfast and evening meal. Maybe You can spend time in the town of Haverfordwest, which is accessible by car, where you can brush up on your aviation history at the Welsh Spitfire Museum, explore the gardens of the Gorsedd Of Bards Circle, or even hone your golf swing at the Haverfordwest Golf Club. Newgale is a great location if you wish to have a day of surfing, weather permitted.
Food and Accommodation included, except for trip to Pembroke Castle and Tenby. No breakfast supplied on the Monday morning of check-out
