ASSAP Training & Activities Weekend 2026 3 Nights

Eligibility

The Training and Activities weekend is open to all ASSAP members.

However places on the Saturday Practical skills training session will initially only be available to ASSAP Registered Investigators (ARIs) i.e ., those who have previously and successfully completed one of the online ARI training courses.

Any remaining places, will be made available to ASSAP Accredited Investigators (AAI’s) who have not yet completed the ARI online modules but who wish to gain a credit for the Practical Skills Module in advance of undertaking the online training. AAI’s wishing to participate in the training will be placed onto a waiting list and training places will be allocated on a first come basis.

Any ASSAP member is eligible to participate in the weekend’s non-training activities.

Our vision is to provide our members with a unique opportunity to indulge in our shared passion for the paranormal and the anomalous. We have arranged a packed programme of talks, excursions and activities with some great accommodation in an unrivalled location.

Whether you are joining us for the training or for the activities, this immersive weekend will inspire you and extend your knowledge while building lasting friendships and connections.

Set against the spectacular backdrop of Pembrokeshire, a county celebrated for its dramatic coastline, mist covered hills and historic castles. Pembrokeshire is home to every sort of phenomena including UFO’s Witchcraft, Fairy folklore, Crypto creatures and of course its many Ghosts and Hauntings.

This promises to be an unforgettable weekend.

In addition to training, participants will have an opportunity to share an exclusive Skywatch beneath some of the UK's darkest skies (weather permitting), listen to fascinating talks and join an atmospheric ghost walk and excursion to the historic seaside resort of Tenby. For those who prefer castles, you can spend time exploring one of the county’s renowned historic haunted castles. There will also be opportunities for participants to head off and explore on their own or with friends. Whatever you decide, you'll experience the natural beauty and unique atmosphere of Pembrokeshire or have an opportunity to put your investigative skills into practice in one of the region’s most intriguing and visited haunted house.
