Dal 24 al 28 luglio 2024, ad ASHA, nel cuore vibrante della Toscana, ti invitiamo all’Ecstatic eXperience che promette non solo di essere una vacanza rigenerante, ma un vero e proprio viaggio di trasformazione personale. Immersə in un ambiente dove la natura abbraccia e ispira, avrai modo di rilassarti, fare nuove amicizie e celebrare la vita, danzando a piedi nudi in totale libertà sotto il cielo toscano.

✨ Cosa aspettarsi?

La danza, il movimento e il benessere che ne consegue scandiranno il ritmo delle tue giornate, alternati con momenti di relax in piscina, colori di arte terapia, bagni al ruscello nel bosco, o sotto le mani curatrici delle nostre esperte body workers. Gli chef di Asha sapranno deliziare le tue papille gustative con cibi salutari ed energetici per 3 volte al giorno, e avrai modo di creare connessioni profonde con dancer di tutto il mondo. Ci riuniremo in cerimonie e rituali per celebrare tanta bellezza con gratitudine e presenza.
Oltre alla magia dell’Ecstatic Dance condotta dall’unico e irripetibile Max Passante, attività di rilievo includono sessioni di breathwork offerte dal team Asha, punto di riferimento mondiale delle pratiche di respirazione, e sessioni di The 360 Emergence: avremo l’onore di lasciarci guidare da Amber Ryan, sacerdotessa dell’embodiment e del movimento somatico trasformativo che ti porterà dritto al cuore e all’anima del tuo ritmo più vero.

ey of personal transformation. Immersed in an environment where nature embraces and inspires, you will have the opportunity to relax, make new friends, and celebrate life, dancing barefoot in total freedom under the Tuscan sky.

Dance, movement, and the ensuing well-being will mark the rhythm of your days, interspersed with moments of relaxation in the pool, colors of art therapy, stream baths in the forest, or under the healing hands of our expert body workers. Asha's chefs will delight your taste buds with healthy and energetic foods three times a day, and you will have the chance to create deep connections with dancers from all over the world. We will gather in ceremonies and rituals to celebrate so much beauty with gratitude and presence. In addition to the magic of Ecstatic Dance led by the one and only Max Passante, remarkable activities include breathwork sessions offered by the Asha team, a world reference in breathing practices, and The 360 Emergence sessions: we will have the honor of being guided by Amber Ryan, a priestess of embodiment and transformative somatic movement that will take you straight to the heart and soul of your truest rhythm.
