Dal 12 al 14 Dicembre Amber Ryan torna a Roma con un nuovo workshop di The 360 Emergence

Ripple Effect o Effetto Domino sarà un’esplorazione in movimento dei Sentimenti e delle Emozioni e dell’impatto che hanno nelle nostre vite, guidata dalla co-fondatrice di The 360 Emergence, Amber Ryan.

Esploreremo la sottile energia del corpo in movimento, dove la sensazione diventerà un campo guida per aprire una maggiore consapevolezza. Entreremo in uno spazio ben custodito, dove potremo sentire ed esprimere, in modo pieno, la gamma di emozioni che scorreranno nel nostro sangue.

Insieme, porremo le basi somatiche per pulsare tra la nostra danza individuale, così personale, e quella collettiva, così umana. Affineremo la nostra capacità di esprimerci chiaramente, sia fisicamente che verbalmente, aprendo la nostra consapevolezza a 360 gradi per diventare parte integrata del tutto, intrecciando lungo il cammino dosi sane di gentilezza e compassione verso noi stessi.

In questa esplorazione interattiva di embodiment e danza di due giorni, ci muoveremo per svuotare le storie represse che portiamo nelle ossa. Dalla nostra essenza più profonda, danzeremo per fonderci con il nostro stato naturale di essere, trovando riposo e rifugio lì, come un luogo a cui tornare, ancora e ancora.

Per chi vorrà, dopo il 14 dicembre, The Ripple Effect prosegue nel 2026 con una serie di 4 incontri ibridi (online e in presenza) a cadenza mensile per approfondire e integrare il lavoro svolto in presenza durante il weekend di dicembre. Ogni partecipante può scegliere se partecipare alle sessioni in sala in presenza o online tramite piattaforma Zoom, anche in modalità mista (es. 1 online e 3 in presenza, 2 online e 2 in presenza, ecc).

The Ripple Effect

This is a movement exploration of Feelings, Emotions, and the Impact they have on our lives, guided by co-founder of The 360 Emergence, Amber Ryan. 

Explore the embodied energetic subtlety, where sensation becomes a guiding field to opening more awareness.
Enter into a well-held dance floor for us to feel and express in a healthy measure, the range of emotions that run through our blood.

Together, we will lay down a somatic foundation to pulse between our very personal individual dance, and the very human collective dance.
We will hone our ability to clearly express ourselves both physically and verbally, opening our awareness 360 degrees to be an integrated part of the whole, and weaving in healthy doses of kindness and compassion towards ourselves along the way.

In this 2 day interactive embodiment + dance exploration, we will move to empty out the pent up, pushed-down stories we carry in our bones. From our true essence, we will dance to merge with our natural state of being, finding rest and refuge there as a place to come home to, again and again.

For those who wish to continue after December 14, The Ripple Effect will continue in 2026 with a series of four hybrid meetings (online and in person) held monthly to further explore and integrate the work done in person during the December weekend. Each participant can choose whether to attend the sessions in person or online via the Zoom platform.

The Ripple Effect is an advanced workshop led by Co-Founder of The 360 Emergence, Amber Ryan, supported by a trained circle of facilitators.

The Ripple Effect will count as both FEELINGS + The Circle Work for those on the path of The 360 Apprenticeship. If you wish to fulfill both of these requirements at the same time, you must let Amber know before the Immersion begins.
