Un’esperienza di danza consapevole condivisa in tempo reale tra diverse parti del mondo.

The Ripple Effect Hybrid connette dancers presenti in diversi luoghi in un unico spazio di pratica: gruppi locali che danzano dal vivo e partecipanti collegati online, guidati nello stesso momento.

La sessione è guidata da Amber Ryan (The 360 Emergence) e accompagnata dalla musica live di Max Passante.

A Roma danzeremo insieme sul dancefloor di Casa Bellani, mentre altri partecipanti si uniranno online da diversi paesi.
Una danza locale che entra in risonanza con un cerchio globale.

Cos’è la danza consapevole?

La danza consapevole non è una lezione e non serve saper ballare.

È uno spazio in cui le persone si muovono liberamente seguendo la musica, ascoltando il proprio corpo e lasciando che il movimento diventi un modo per scaricare tensione, ritrovare energia e connettersi con sé stessə.

Non ci sono passi da imparare.
Non c’è giudizio su come ti muovi.

Puoi danzare intensamente, muoverti piano, fermarti, osservare.

La musica crea il viaggio.
Il corpo trova il suo modo di attraversarlo.

Come partecipare

Puoi scegliere la modalità che senti più naturale per te:

Partecipa da casa tua, da solo o con amici.

💃 Dal vivo a Roma
Danza con il gruppo locale a Casa Bellani, in collegamento con Amber e con partecipanti connessi da tutto il mondo.

👥 Piccoli gruppi / community
Puoi anche organizzare una piccola danza nel tuo spazio o nella tua community.
Scrivici indicando il numero di partecipanti e troveremo insieme un contributo adeguato per il gruppo.

Il percorso

Ogni incontro è completo in sé e può essere vissuto anche singolarmente.

La serie è pensata come un percorso progressivo di consapevolezza attraverso il corpo e il movimento, che permette di approfondire l’ascolto somatico e integrare emozioni ed esperienza nel tempo.

The Ripple Effect Hybrid nasce per dare continuità all’esperienza del seminario The Ripple Effect tenutosi a Roma nel dicembre 2025 e oggi continua come spazio aperto e accessibile globalmente.

The Ripple Effect Hybrid

Dance in connection – wherever you are

A conscious dance experience shared in real time across different parts of the world.

The Ripple Effect Hybrid connects dancers in different locations into a single shared practice space: local groups dancing in person and participants joining online, guided at the same moment.

The session is guided by Amber Ryan (The 360 Emergence) and accompanied by live music by Max Passante.

In Rome we will dance together on the dancefloor of Casa Bellani, while other participants will join online from different countries.
A local dance entering resonance with a global circle.

What is conscious dance?

Conscious dance is not a class, and you don’t need to know how to dance.

It is a space where people move freely to the music, listening to their bodies and allowing movement to become a way to release tension, restore energy, and reconnect with themselves.

There are no steps to learn.
There is no judgment about how you move.

You can dance intensely, move slowly, pause, or simply observe.

The music creates the journey.
The body finds its own way through it.

How to participate

You can choose the way of participating that feels most natural for you:

Join from home, alone or with friends.

💃 In person in Rome
Dance with the local group at Casa Bellani, connected with Amber and with participants joining from around the world.

👥 Small groups / communities
You can also organize a small dance in your own space or community.
Write to us indicating the number of participants and we will find a suitable contribution for the group together.

The journey

Each session is complete in itself and can also be experienced as a standalone event.

The series is designed as a progressive journey of awareness through body and movement, allowing participants to deepen somatic listening and integrate emotions and experience over time.

The Ripple Effect Hybrid was created to continue the experience of The Ripple Effect seminar held in Rome in December 2025, and today continues as an open and globally accessible space.
