Falling Up Backwards è un’esplorazione corporea dell’intelligenza selvaggia che vive sotto le nostre abitudini, le convinzioni e le storie che conosciamo a memoria.
Attraverso la mappa dei 5Ritmi, ribaltiamo il punto di vista: sottosopra, dall’interno verso l’esterno, avanti e indietro — non per perderci, ma per trovare una direzione più ampia.

Questo workshop ci invita a:

• incontrare i nostri limiti con curiosità invece che con resistenza

• scoprire il potenziale ancora inesplorato attraverso movimento, quiete e gioco

• andare oltre ciò che pensiamo di sapere, verso ciò che il corpo aspetta da tempo di rivelare

• “cadere verso l’alto”, permettendo all’inaspettato di sostenerci

In questo dance lab sperimentiamo il disorientamento come porta d’accesso a un orientamento più profondo. Lasciamo che sia il corpo a guidare, sciogliendo vecchi schemi e aprendo nuovi percorsi di percezione. Attraverso movimento guidato, improvvisazione ed esplorazioni ritmiche, entriamo in una versione più ampia e più viva di noi.

A 5Rhythms Dance Lab for Turning Perspective Inside Out

Falling Up Backwards is an embodied exploration of the wild intelligence that lives beneath our habits, assumptions, and familiar stories.
Through the map of the 5Rhythms, we turn our perspectives upside down, inside out, and back to front — not to lose our way, but to find a more expansive one.

This workshop invites us to:
• Meet our limitations with curiosity rather than resistance.
• Discover our untapped potential through movement, stillness, and play.
• Move beyond what we think we know, into what our bodies have been waiting to reveal.
• Fall up instead of down — allowing the unexpected to lift us.

In this dance lab, we experiment with disorientation as a doorway into deeper orientation. We let the body lead, unraveling old patterns and opening new pathways of perception. Through guided movement, improvisation, and rhythm-based explorations, we step into a wider, wilder version of ourselves.

Come ready to question everything and trust more.
