Join us for Campwell Farm Summer Session - a return to our usual event format where speakers cue up discussions with everyone in the circle.

How can brands, founders, teams (and humans) relate to the natural world? What can we learn from emerging nature-based practice?

This discussion reframes our relationship to the natural world, bridging business and the leading edge of personal and professional development.

We're all signed up supporters of nature... This event explores how the natural world support personal growth and new thinking in business - learning from new approaches in a range of environments and contexts.

True North centres us in nature for conversations that matter. We offer simple food and drinks so you can step out of busy and connect with good people in a stunning natural venue. Put some extra shine on your evening by booking a sauna session beforehand.

Our speakers are changemakers and founders who deliver on their values, make mistakes and can share their joys and pains. The circle of founders, changemakers and freelancers who join us have their own tales to tell.

This event is a space to meet, connect and reflect as many of us wind down for summer. We keep the cost low and the audience small as we value connection as much as you do.

People & Place.

This event is held in the new TIPI space at Campwell, tucked away in a clearing in the pine trees. Campwell Farm is a space in nature just wild enough for you to let go. A village of cabins, a yurt and a number of bell tents sat in the heart of a 5th-generation working farm in Wiltshire, near Bath. Tim and Campwell’s story.

Daniel Oliver works with companies making purpose integral to what they do. He helps them define what they stand for, strengthen their offer, deliver on what matters and turn values into resilience.

Jim Hughes of Untamed is a coach and author. He helps people and teams, be they from the world of business, sports or the military, reconnect with themselves, others, and their work on a deeper level.

David Nettleton is an ICF-accredited life, leadership and business coach who helps founders navigate change and regain focus as their company’s scale. As a former Founding Director of a pioneering biotechnology company, he brings a rare blend of entrepreneurial, leadership and coaching experience to True North.

Joa Robins
