FRESH To CAMHS May 2025 Cohort
Training Opportunity Fresh to Community CAMHS - 7 day training
About the training:
Many people moving into new roles, excited and enthusiastic as they are, will often describe themselves as having “imposter syndrome” a shorthand way of describing how inept and ill-prepared they feel they are for the role and the services they are expected to deliver. This feeling can lead to wariness of going into such roles (recruitment issues), and staff leaving as they feel overwhelmed (retention issues). This in the context of a national crisis in the retention an recruitment of staff into the speciality. Our course can give those people the opportunity to move from ‘imposter’ to a confident practitioner.
