Join fellow travel advisors for the Greater Nashville ASTA Chapter's Traveling Trade Show, an afternoon and evening built around connecting directly with top travel suppliers through 1:1 meetings, an open exhibitor floor, lightning-round presentations, educational sessions, and a seated dinner. Whether you're deepening supplier relationships or exploring new destinations and products for your clients, this is the Chapter's biggest supplier-facing event of the year.

Schedule for the day:

• 12:30 PM — Registration opens
• 1:00 – 2:15 PM — Supplier & Advisor 1:1 Meetings (complimentary, open to all attendees, no added cost)
• 2:30 PM — Lightning Rounds (3 supplier presentations, 10 minutes each)
• 3:00 PM — Destination Spotlight (one 30-minute session)
• 3:45 PM — Trade Show floor opens: exhibitor tables & networking
• 6:00 PM — Lightning Rounds (3 supplier presentations, 10 minutes each)
• 6:30 PM — Educational Session (one 30-minute session)
• 7:00 PM — Dinner served
• 7:30 PM — Dinner speaker / sponsor spotlight
• 8:00 PM — Dinner speaker / sponsor spotlight
• 8:30 PM — Door prizes
• 8:45 PM — Event ends

• Early Bird, non-member (Aug 17 – Sep 25): $50
• General, ASTA member (Sep 26 – Oct 31): $60
• General, non-member (Sep 26 – Oct 31): $70

Self-parking is available on-site, please validate your ticket when you register at the event.
