Join us for a very special Gong Bath happening on Friday the 3rd of July in Banking Hall.
Arrive to spend the first 20 minutes socialising with our community in the waiting room while being served tea by Tea Story, before moving into the incredible Banking Hall to relax and unwind for a 60 minute gong bath by Hanae Harmony.
Once finished, you can spend an additional 30 minutes in the waiting room and continue socialising, sipping tea, or enjoying some quiet time before heading home feeling relaxed and refreshed.
What is a Gong Bath?
A gong bath is a deeply immersive sound experience where you are surrounded by the soothing vibrations and tones of therapeutic instruments. As you rest comfortably, the sounds of the gongs, crystal singing bowls, and Himalayan singing bowls create a rich and relaxing soundscape. There is nothing you need to do - simply lie back, listen, and allow the sounds to wash over you, supporting a sense of stillness, relaxation, and wellbeing.

Meet Hanae
Hanae’s path into healing is a full-circle return to music, lineage, and compassion that shaped her life. Raised by two musicians, with her father in the BBC Symphony Orchestra and an Associate of The Royal Academy of Music, she grew up immersed in classical training by the Suzuki method—but soon discovered that her gift lay in using sound to support and soothe others.
Hanae has trained extensively across multiple disciplines and remains deeply committed to continual growth, education, and refinement of her practice. Every aspect of her training has been undertaken in person with reputable teachers and trusted sources, ensuring depth of understanding, integrity, and the highest quality of care. This grounded foundation allows each experience to be held with presence, skill, and sensitivity, so you can rest knowing your energy is always in safe and knowledgeable hands.
Schedule:
7:00 pm: Doors open with tea served by @teastory.club in the waiting room
7:20 pm: Main hall opens - settle onto your mat
7:25 pm: Doors lock (please arrive before this)
7:30-8:30 pm: Gong bath
8:30-9:00 pm: Wind-down time in the waiting room (optional)
