Our annual event collectables are incredibly popular.  We make a limited number of each design and the general release almost always sells out leaving us with a handful held back for contributors, guests and crew. 

This is the only place you can preorder your medal and pin badges. Fulfilment is at The Asylum. You will receive a QR code ticket when you buy that can be redeemed at event control. We will not be mailing out your items.

This first design is our medal for 2025. This will be suspended from a ribbon and ring just as our previous medals.  This year features our tea theme. This is actually the artwork for the medal’s design.

The second design is our AXV pin. A special design created to celebrate our fifteenth Asylum along with more than a decade and a half of steampunk events in the U.K.  This 3D render shows the planned shape of the pin.

The final design is the artwork mock up for the 2025 Charity Pin. Similar in style to the 2024 pin but with distinct differences thus becoming part of a Collectable series of badges.  Please note ALL profits from this design goes to this year’s charity beneficiaries.
