Basir Shakeri is a passionate food entrepreneur and designer from Afghanistan. After running successful cafes in Kabul, he now leads catering growth at Eat Offbeat while founding Mewa, a brand showcasing Afghan dried fruits and nuts. Though not formally trained as a chef, Basir approaches food as art - using flavors to preserve memories and celebrate his heritage.
