Celebrate the start of summer with Eat Offbeat at Atelier Jolie for a special evening of ice cream, mezze, music, and Middle Eastern hospitality.

Join Eat Offbeat co-founder Wissam Kahi and Persian Chef Armita for a live demonstration of two beloved frozen desserts: Lebanese booza, known for its signature chewy texture and floral notes, and its Persian cousin, saffron-infused Persian ice cream.

The demo will be followed by a refreshing four-course summer dinner inspired by the flavors of Lebanon and Iran, paired with hibiscus mint tea and organic Lebanese wines.

To complete the evening, The Brooklyn Nomads will perform a live set of music, brining guests on a sensory journey through the golden age of the Arab world and the middle east.

On the Menu:

Drinks: Hibiscus Mint Tea, Organic Lebanese Red and White Wine

Hors d'Oeuvres: Ab Doogh Khiar – a chilled Persian yogurt soup with cucumbers, herbs, walnuts, raisins, and rose petals.

Starter: Lebanese Mezze – Hummus, Baba Ghanoush, Tabbouleh, and Fattoush.

Main Dish: Mdardara – Lebanese rice and lentils with caramelized onions & Mossabaha – chickpeas folded with tahini, lemon, garlic, and olive oil.
