💥 Arm Swing Evolution: Small Group Series 💥

Build the Athlete. Build the Swing. Build Real Results.

This 3-session small group series with Coach Neall is designed for athletes who want more than just tips. We’ll improve the physical engine behind the arm swing first, then sharpen the mechanics that turn it into power, speed, and control.

Why This Series Is Different

Every session begins with 30 minutes focused on the physical bucket of the arm swing.

Before athletes even touch a volleyball, we’ll work on becoming stronger, more mobile, more coordinated, and more efficient movers — because the best swings are built on more than technique alone.

Then we transition into arm swing mechanics, attacking drills, and serving work so those physical upgrades transfer directly to performance.

How the Series Works

🧠 Session 1: Assess + Build the Foundation

We begin by identifying where each athlete is currently at.

This first session helps shape the direction of Sessions 2 and 3.

Athletes will go through:

  • Movement and mobility screens
  • Arm swing / throwing assessment
  • Power leak identification
  • Foundational physical work
  • Core technical concepts and first upgrades

This day is about learning what the athlete needs most — while already beginning to improve it.

⚡ Session 2: Build Power + Efficiency

Based on Session 1 findings, we progress each athlete toward:

  • Better sequencing
  • Faster arm speed
  • More efficient force transfer
  • Improved whip and looseness
  • Shoulder-friendly power production

🏐 Session 3: Apply to Volleyball Performance

Now we transfer changes into game actions:

  • Hitting drills
  • Serving progressions
  • Timing and contact work
  • Individual next-step coaching
  • How to continue improving after the series
