Athletics Norfolk Indoor Open meeting - field events.

Lynnsport Barn Indoor Athletics track, Sunday 10th December 2023. Entries close on 3rd December 2023 at midnight.

PLEASE MAKE A SEPARATE ENTRY FOR EACH ATHLETE

Age groups range from Under 11s to Seniors/Masters. Under 11s may only compete in shot and long jump. Under 13s may only compete in shot, long jump and high jump.

If you are entering high jump, please provide a predicted height clearance when in the checkout phase of booking.

Minimum of 4 trials per competitor in shot, triple jump and long jump. No jump offs in high jump.

Provisional timetable:
11:00 - Triple jump
11:30 - High jump pool 1
From 12:00 - Shot put (up to 4 pools, lasting approximately 30mins each)
From 12:00 (or earlier if less TJ entrants) - Long jump (up to 4 pools, lasting approximately 30mins each)
13:00 - High jump pool 2

Bib numbers will be available to collect on arrival - please allow enough time to collect and warm-up before registering at your event at least 10mins before the start time

Age groups (based on age at end of season 31/08/2024):
Under 11s - Year 4 & 5 (may enter long jump and shot only)
Under 13s - Year 6 & 7
Under 15s - Year 8 & 9 
Under 17s - Year 10 & 11 
U20s/Seniors/Masters - Year 12 and beyond...
