Athletics Norfolk QuadKids 2025

5 matches available for Under 11s to compete in 
4 matches available for Under 13s to compete in - this is in order to allow all Under 13s to compete in individual events within the County Championships on 11th May.

PLEASE MAKE A SEPARATE ENTRY FOR EACH ATHLETE - select relevant event tickets and checkout.

A chance to compete in the QuadKids disciplines for Under 11s and Under 13s. Entrants do all 4 events.
Under 11s (Year 4&5, aged 9 or 10 on 31/08/2025): Standing long jump, vortex howler, 75m and 600m. Year 3s who have experience of these events from Club training may also enter this age group.
Under 13s (Year 6&7, aged 11 or 12 on 31/08/2025): Long jump, vortex howler, 100m and 800m
No starting blocks to be used in sprint races.

Dates and venues for Under 11s (Year 4&5)
Match 1: Sunday 11th May - Norwich, held on day 2 of County track and field Championships
Match 2: Sunday 1st June - Thetford
Match 3: Saturday 14th June - Norwich
Match 4: Sunday 29th June - Great Yarmouth
Match 5: Saturday 12th July - King's Lynn

Dates and venues for Under 13s (Year 6&7)
Match 1: Sunday 1st June - Thetford
Match 2: Saturday 14th June - Norwich
Match 3: Sunday 29th June - Great Yarmouth
Match 4: Saturday 12th July - King's Lynn

Cost: £10.25 per match

Athletes must compete in 3 matches to count towards the Series results.

Timetable for event (11th May & 14th June may differ slightly):
From 9:30 registration and number collection
9:50 - warm up
10.00-10.35 rotation 1
10.35-11.10 rotation 2
11.10-11.45 rotation 3
11.45-12.20 rotation 4
12.30 medal/certificates presentation

Entries will close for each event on the Tuesday before the date of competition.
