You'll learn:
- Simple meditation practices for self-regulation and calm under pressure
- The foundations of Circle Keeping — for building real connection, co-regulation and community
- How to bring both into your team, group session, classroom or family home
Who it for:
- Team Leaders, Managers
- Teachers
