Inhabiting New Realities
An afternoon exploring Ecological Grief, Modernity & Meaning Making
Have you been feeling the intensity of the world lately?
The collective challenges are manifesting in our bodies, our psyches, our emotions.
Our inner worlds, as well as the outer.
Eco-grief is not just habitats and species.
It is also the ways modern living impacts us personally
what this truly costs us to be alive at this time.
There are many modern modalities, wisdom traditions and practices that can support us to meet the realities we are living now.
When we are present, with ourselves, each other and these realities, we can begin to make sense of them - to know what they mean to us, and how we navigate accordingly.
Bringing our courageous presence unlocks so much!
Together we will:
look at our fears, our worries, our harms, and our grief
explore our hopes, our love and the possibilities
find ourselves in the generative space between, where we know what is ours to do.
We will utilise
The Work that Reconnects
Eco-psychology
Grief awareness
Interpersonal dialogue
Somatics
Collective Meaning making
Resourcing so that we can begin to inhabit new realities

Your Host:
Jenny O'Hare is a Depth ecologist, grief practitioner, nature based facilitator and rites of passage guide.
About Me:
My work is rooted in deep ecology, and the belief that all realities are interconnected.
As a facilitator, I support groups in cultivating and honing our ecological wisdom, dis-entangling some of our griefs and challenges, and growing our belonging.
As an educator, I teach climate and emotional literacy, taking a regenerative approach to people, process and place.
As a mentor, I work 1:1 with individuals in honouring our personal stories and growing our wholeness.
I’m passionate about working with folks in uncovering their eco-soul centric selves - the ecological and soulful self - as essential participants in our life systems.
This is a healthy process of individuation rather than individualism. We focus on wholeness and take all feedback as necessary and vital information from the systems we’re a part of. I’m also passionate about meeting the reality of these times, and I work with grief tending as medicine for our current crises.
Recently, I have been working with the ancestral practice of keening tin collective grief rituals, to synthesise mind, voice, body, past present and individual and collective processing.
