விதிமுறைகள்

ஆஸ்டின் தமிழ்ச் சங்கம் அடுப்பு, விறகு, அரிசி, பருப்பு, வெல்லம், நெய், முந்திரி, திராட்சை, பால், தண்ணீர் கரும்பு ஆகியவற்றை வழங்கும்.
பொங்கல் சமைப்பதற்கான பானை, கரண்டி, மூடி, சமைத்த பின் வீட்டிற்கு எடுத்து செல்ல பாத்திரம் நீங்கள் எடுத்து வர வேண்டும்.

ஒரு அடுப்பு ஒரு குடும்பத்திற்கு மட்டும்.

முன்கூட்டியே பதிவு செய்தவர்கள் மட்டுமே பொங்கல் வைக்க முடியும்.

காலை 9:00 மணிக்கு பொங்கல் விழா தொடங்கும். 8:30 மணிக்கு முன் வந்து உங்கள் அடுப்பு, பொங்கல் வைப்பதற்கான பொருட்களை பெற்றுக்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

Rules

Austin Tamil Sangam will provide a stove, firewood, rice, lentils, jaggery, ghee, cashews, raisins, sugarcane, milk, and water. You will need to bring a pan/vessel for Pongal, a spoon, a lid, and a container to take home after cooking.

It is important to note that each stove is designated for one family only.

Participation in the Pongal preparation requires prior registration.

The Pongal ceremony will commence at 9:00 AM. Attendees are requested to arrive by 8:30 AM to collect their assigned stove and cooking materials.

Please note that Pongal will start at 9:00 a.m., the same time as the Kolam competition.
