Attachment Alchemy 1-Day Immersion | Sunday, October 18th | Boulder, CO

Sat Oct 17, 2026 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Boulder, 80301

We’re so excited to offer this very special 1-Day Attachment Alchemy, an introduction to our 5-Month deep dive. In virtually every moment of our lives attachment dynamics are playing out in our relationships. In each moment of disappointment, in each frustrating work relationship, every half-spoken reach for connection and reassurance, in each lingering feeling of loneliness.

This day-long immersion is a living laboratory to be deeply met in these places.

Attachment theory has become a buzzword, but true, embodied opportunities to heal in community remain rare. Most attachment work is intellectual. Attachment Alchemy is something different: it’s relational, somatic, experiential and deeply connected. Patterns reveal themselves, get met and healed. Attachment systems heal best in connection in community - not just with a therapist, but with a group of loving, embodied humans on a shared journey.

You'll be guided by Chloe Good & Spencer Jacobson whose work has helped hundreds move from uncertainty and guardedness into clarity, grounded safety, and connection.

  • Chloe is an expert in Attachment Repair Coaching, bringing over a decade of experience with modalities like the Adult Attachment Repair Model, Hakomi Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems and the Ideal Parent Figure work.
  • Spencer, founder of Dance Meets Tantra, brings a decade of trauma-informed group facilitation and embodied wisdom of secure relating. Spencer is also a visionary entrepreneur, masterful somatic guide and coach supporting folks living their purpose, full expression and true aliveness.

Together, they cultivate a container that is safe, grounded, playful, transformative and deeply relational - a space where your nervous system can taste secure attachment.

What you’ll experience during this immersion:

🌀 Secure Relating: Feel seen and responded to while being bathed in others warmth, curiosity and care - a felt imprint of secure relating.

🌀 Discover Patterns: Gain clarity on your attachment style and how it shapes your relationships. Not just insights, but a somatic felt experience of how attachment shows up in your body, choices and relationships.

🌀 Build Security: Strengthen your embodied felt sense of steadiness, connection, and resilience in relationships.

🌀 Release Old Patterns: Release outdated attachment dynamics and rewire your body and nervous system for trust and connection.

🌀 Heal Through Movement: Use movement to explore and shift attachment patterns, accessing embodied openness and belonging.

🌀 Experience Joyful Healing: Transformation doesn’t have to be heavy - discover the lightness, delight and fun.

🌀 Community & Belonging: Immerse yourself in a supportive, loving community for a profound sense of belonging.

Why This Matters:

Attachment styles shape how we love, show up and receive love. Attachment Alchemy bridges the gap between theory and practice, offering a communal, embodied pathway to repair and connection.

You’ll leave this experience feeling alive, connected, and ready to bring new ways of being, loving, and creating into your life.

This day also serves as a potent introduction to our deeper 5-Month Journey beginning March 11th. That container takes these experiences further — nervous system rewiring, secure relating peer support, mentorship, and repetition of secure relating leaving you with lasting change that stays.

Attachment Alchemy is a space of:

🌀 Vulnerability: To be fully alive and get real. We create safer spaces to compassionately own and get present to the full range of our emotions, fears, blocks and discomfort.

🌀 Permission: To be the full expression of ourselves - however that looks.

🌀Safety: Boundaries, consent, attunement, and self-responsibility are essential to navigating safe space together.

How do I know if this is for me?

🌀You read this far and are feeling excitement or a shift inside you.

🌀You are working on your secure attachment and want real embodied change through embodied relational exercises not just intellectual understanding.

🌀You’re ready to engage with connection, vulnerability, and presence.
