Women's Candlelit Sound Bath
An immersive journey of sound to slow down, unwind & reset.
Our Candlelit Sound Bath is a gentle, immersive experience designed to help you slow down, rest deeply & reset your nervous system.
You’ll be guided into a comfortable lying position with breathwork, a body scan meditation & surrounded by sound frequencies, including crystal bowls, chimes, gentle percussion & ambient tones.
This session is suitable for beginners and those new to sound baths, as well as anyone familiar with sound healing.
Please bring a blanket, mat & pillow.
