Experience deep relaxation while floating gently on the water, surrounded by candlelight and calming sound frequencies.

Join us for a unique floating sound bath & spa experience designed to support nervous system regulation & full body relaxation.

All participants will have 45 minutes access to the spa facilities before the soundbath starts.

This is an elevated sound healing experience and spaces are limited - booking is essential.

What to wear?

There is a low chance of getting wet, but it’s still possible.

Please wear either:

• a swimming costume, bikini OR clothes you don’t mind getting wet, such as a t-shirt, a gym jacket you could take off (if you get too hot) shorts or leggings.

What to bring?

We want people to feel as comfortable as possible so please bring a pillow) or a blanket to use as a pillow) and a blanket in case you would like some comfort over you. Also a towel is reccomended as you may get your feet wet when getting out of the pool.

Arrival time - important.

Participants will have the option to enjoy access to the spa facilities for 45 minutes before the session begins. If you would like to make use of the spa beforehand, please arrive at 7.15pm to use the spa facilities until 8.05pm. The sound bath itself will take place from 8:15pm to 9:15pm in the pool. To allow time to get settled and onto the floating beds, all participants should be poolside by 8:05pm.

Participant Responsibilities

By booking a floating sound bath session, participants confirm that they have read and understood all information provided before attending. It is each participant's responsibility to follow any guidance given by the facilitator, comply with safety instructions, and disclose any relevant health concerns that may affect their participation or contact your healthcare provider, GP or midwife if you are pregnant.

Participants should be comfortable in the water. If you are unable to swim, please notify the facilitator before booking. General pool depth is 1.5m, however, facilities vary by venue.

For safety reasons, all floating equipment has a maximum recommended weight capacity, typically 100kg (224lbs / 16 stone). If you would prefer not to use the floating equipment, some events may offer a poolside relaxation or lounger option. Please refer to the available ticket choices for your selected event.

By attending a floating sound bath session, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood this information and agree to follow all instructions provided by the facilitator to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
