Held in a serene, nature-inspired setting, this session offers the chance to truly unwind. Begin by intuitively selecting from high-grade, hand-picked crystals to hold or place around you, enhancing your experience. Then, as you lie back in this beautiful space, a symphony of alchemical sounds will flow over and around you, created from a unique mix of instruments chosen to release tension, balance the nervous system, and invite a profound sense of calm.

Sound healing has been scientifically shown to activate the body’s relaxation response, helping reduce stress, lower heart rates, and support the body’s natural healing processes. The crystal energies add another dimension, supporting inner harmony and emotional release.

After the sound bath, we’ll conclude with a warm herbal tea, allowing you time to ground, reflect, and, if you wish, join an optional sharing circle.

Please note: The high-grade crystals used during the session are not included to take home. However, should any crystal resonate with you, they are available for purchase after the session.

About Justine

Justine is a dedicated healer, teacher, and guide based in SW London, bringing over 25 years of experience working with people and more than 15 years in the healing arts. Her approach centres on creating restorative spaces for individuals to experience profound relaxation, self-connection, and healing, with a special focus on the needs of highly sensitive individuals and empaths.

In addition to leading group sound baths, healing circles, and meditative practices aligned with lunar cycles and seasonal energies, Justine also offers 1:1 sessions. In these personalised sessions, she helps clients explore and understand the narratives and inner blocks that may be preventing them from experiencing true harmony and happiness. Terms & Conditions for the Sacred Crystals & Sound Bath Ceremony

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements
   • This event is generally open to individuals aged 18 and over except in exceptional circumstances please contact me before booking if you wish a ticket for someone under this age.

2. Booking and Payment
   • Spaces are limited to 8 participants to ensure an intimate, high-quality experience. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment (£11.11) for the session.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
   • Due to the small number of available spaces and the private setting of the event, we operate a strict cancellation policy:
     • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund.
     • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable unless your space can be filled by someone on the waiting list.
   • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a choice of a full refund or the opportunity to attend an alternative session.

4. Arrival and Venue Information
   • This sound bath ceremony is held at a private residence in SW London, near Mortlake Station in East Sheen. To maintain privacy, the exact address will be provided to attendees via email or text the day before the event.
   • Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in, no earlier.  We will start promptly at the scheduled time. Please note the door is unattended from 7pm, so late-comers cannot be accommodated.

5. Health and Well-being
   • Sound baths can create powerful physical and emotional responses. Please inform the host of any significant health conditions (e.g., heart conditions, epilepsy, mental health concerns) in advance to ensure a safe experience.
   • This session is not suitable for individuals with severe auditory sensitivity or those with certain health issues sensitive to sound therapy. Please consult a healthcare provider if you have concerns.

6. Use of Crystals
   • High-grade crystals are provided to enhance your experience during the sound bath. These are available for use during the session but are not included in the ticket price.
   • Crystals may be available for purchase after the event should you wish to take one home.

7. Code of Conduct
   • To maintain a respectful and healing environment, please turn off all mobile devices upon arrival.
   • This is a quiet, reflective space; disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and participants engaging in such behaviour will be asked to leave without a refund.

8. Liability
   • By attending, you acknowledge that this event is a personal wellness activity and does not substitute for medical or psychological treatment. You participate at your own risk, and the host is not liable for any injuries or conditions that arise during or after the session.

   • Personal information provided for booking will only be used to contact you about this event and will not be shared with third parties.  You will be added to a newsletter under Aurora Facets, which is where Justine hosts her totally non-spammy communications.  You can unsubscribe at any time.
