This is not a standard tasting.
Each event is dedicated to one selected Mallorcan winery, present in person.

The bodega brings its wines, tells its story, and shares the heritage and philosophy behind its production.

You’ll taste a curated selection (red, white, rosé), paired with traditional island tapas — Pan amb Oli, prepared fresh in front of you.

Over 90 minutes, you experience:

• The identity of a real Mallorcan winery

• Grapes, styles, and structure of the wines

• Clear, no-nonsense insights into aroma and pairing

• Direct interaction with the producers
