We are excited to announce the Annual AUSA - Arsenal of Democracy Chapter Golf Outing for 2025, which will be held at Greystone Golf Club 67500 Mound Road, Washington, MI. Registration starts at 7:45am. Register early to ensure your place and government nominee are secured. The day’s events will include continental breakfast during registration, a shot gun start at 9:00am, lunch on the course, and dinner. The afternoon will provide camaraderie among the Industry, Army, and National Guard community of Michigan. Registration Payment Deadline May 23, 2025. Corporate Twosome Registration: $850.00
Team consists of two corporate members and two USG nominations. Contractors may register up to 4 teams. Each foursome is “LIMITED” to two (2) corporate players. Please provide names and contact information for government/military candidates/nominees, per the registration form, that the AUSA Golf Committee can invite. PLEASE NOTE INDUSTRY CAN’T INVITE USG PERSONEL DIRECTLY. AUSA MUST INVITE THEM ON YOUR BEHALF

Individual Corporate Member Registration: $425.00

One corporate player and you can nominate one USG The golf committee will assign you to a team for the outing. Please use two lines (yourself and nominee) of the corporate foursome registration section. Please provide the name and contact information for the government/military candidate/nominee, per the registration form, that the AUSA Golf Committee can invite. PLEASE NOTE INDUSTRY CAN’T INVITE USG PERSONEL DIRECTLY. AUSA MUST INVITE THEM ON YOUR BEHALF

Foursome Registration $950.00

1. Four players, no government players will be paired with this option. No individual player registration will be allowed, you must have a foursome to play, and one person, company to pay for the foursome.

The Cost Includes the Following:
Continental Breakfast, Beer, Water & Soda once the outing starts, On Course Lunch, Dinner and. 1 hour open bar after golf is completed Green Fee, Power Golf Cart Prizes See Donation letter for sponsorship options.

Prize Donations: Donation of prizes is always welcome and encouraged. Bring your donations to the event and you will be recognized at the award ceremony following completion of dinner. Please inform a member of the golf committee of your donation and/or make sure your prize is clearly labeled to ensure recognition. The number of outing prizes is solely based on the donations of corporations. Additional agenda items at the outing will include: prizes for winning teams, prizes for closest to the pin & longest drives for both men and women. Thank you for supporting the 2025 AUSA/Arsenal of Democracy Golf Outing and your continued support of the chapter. This event and others like it provide the chapter with the means to support OUR Army, OUR Soldiers and their families throughout the year and the many local charities that align with AUSA’s values, Such as ROTC,
JROTC, Fisher House and others. We look forward to seeing you and your team on Friday, June 6th at Greystone Golf Club.

Outing Notes:
The Players form list must be COMPLETELY filled out to include phone and e-mail.
1. “Contractors are Restricted” from contacting the nominees for the invitation to the outing. Only the Chapter Golf Outing Committee can extend invitations to government personnel – per DoD Directive 5500.7 and implementing regulations. The assignment of guests to foursomes will be made by the Golf Committee on a random basis. Please email dougrelyea@gmail.com with your government nominees and we will invite the USG players.

2. Golf Club “Rules and Regulations” are detailed below. The Club has a “No Metal” spike policy as well as dress code restrictions.

GOLF COURSE NOTES:
DRESS CODE: Appropriate golf course attire should be worn by all players. No jeans.
1. ETIQUETTE: Proper etiquette must be always maintained. Ball marks on greens must be repaired and divots replaced. Golf carts should be driven on the rough or remain on the cart path where available. Any player that does not abide by these rules may be asked to leave the golf course.
2. CLUB POLICIES: No outside coolers of any kind are permitted on the golf course. All food and beverage consumed at our facility must be purchased from the Club.

4. Players are responsible for any and all damages that are caused by them during the outing. This includes but is not limited to damage to golf carts and property.
