Screen Time Management - FREE Virtual Caregiver Workshop

This FREE virtual training is presented by the Infant and Early Childhood Project Team at Austin Child Guidance Center. 

The training helps caregivers support children and teens (ages 0–16) in managing screen time and technology use. It covers how technology impacts developing brain systems, along with strategies for safe, effective, and age-appropriate use. Participants will also gain tools for setting healthy boundaries and discover engaging alternatives to screen-based entertainment, helping children build balanced habits and have fun beyond technology.
