Australian IDDSI Conference and IDDSI Academy Pilot

The Australian IDDSI Reference Group is delighted to showcase Australia's first IDDSI Conference together with IDDSI Global’s Academy Pilot course for two, one day events. The events will be held in Brisbane at Victoria Park Function Centre, 4km from Brisbane's City centre. Join us for either, or both days!

Australian IDDSI Conference (Monday 20 October 2025)

Day One will provide the much-awaited Australian IDDSI Conference. The Conference is in full steam preparation and will address key issues faced by the industry today. Themed 'Babies, Boomers and Beyond: IDDSI Global implementation and Australian Local Impact' will feature a packed one-day program providing IDDSI implementation tips, IDDSI innovation for food and drinks, training initiatives for cooks, chefs and nutrition champions and an understanding of what it is to live with eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties.

This one-day Conference will also bring industry supporters together with attendees in a unique format for optimum engagement. The Conference will focus on IDDSI adoption within the healthcare, aged care, disability, community, and health hospitality sectors.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional charge. (The participant receiving the transferred ticket MUST complete the mandatory prerequisite online course before they can be registered). If you wish to cancel your ticket and receive a refund, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. Refund requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the event.
