FWLC - Lunch with Guest Speaker, Detective Steve, on Operation Atlantic

Join us for a two course lunch at the wonderful Old Thatched Inn, followed by guest speaker, Steve, a former Scotland Yard Detective Superintendent 

Steve will be delivering an exciting talk titled:
Operation Atlantic
A major international drug trafficking conspiracy involving the Detroit Mafia, a Bolivian drug cartel, UK organised crime and a gangland assassination. The talk is delivered through the narrative of an exciting prolonged Scotland Yard/DEA operation when Steve was the leader of over 50 elite detectives with diverse specialisms including firearms and sophisticated surveillance. This True Crime talk will include a number of crime scene photographs.

• 12:00 midday - arrival
• 12:30pm - Two course lunch is served.  (You will be able to select your menu choices when completing your booking)
• 1:30pm - Guest Speaker, Steve
• 2:00pm - Raffle

If this is your first time booking to attend our First Words Lunch Club, it is a lovely, supportive circle of people who understand the charity’s mission and who care about helping it thrive.

The group meets at The Old Thatched Inn at Adstock, and a £30 membership for the year includes:

• Three lunches across the year
• Each lunch features a delicious two-course meal (an additional £27 per person), a guest speaker, and a raffle
