We from Firinn Retreats offer transformational Day Retreats to find your Truth ( Irish Firinn)and live the Life of your Dreams.
Working with Meditation Exercises, Motivation and Communication Coaching Tools, Bushcraft, Teambuilding, Rapéh, Mindfulness Exercises, Kayaking, Rock-climbing, Hiking to give you an unforgettable and holistic approach to transform your Life.

What's included:

• Small groups(2 to 10 people)
• 3hr hike in the stunning Derryveagh Mountains.
• Learning how to get a fire going in the woods
• Fire ceremony in the woods
• Sacred Cacao Ceremony
• The use of rapéh if you wish ( a sacred, non addictive Snuff from Brazil)
• Coaching, different Meditation Techniques, EFT, Breathwork, Art, Reiki etc. whatever you need in order to live your Truth and your Dream Life.
• Snacks and Tea included.

Our days start at 4pm and finishes around 10pm. No experience needed!

The schedule:

4.00pm-7.00pm☆☆ Easy hiking tour in the Derryveagh hills, ideal for Beginners☆☆
7.30pm-10pm☆☆ we go into the magical woods where we will have a fire ceremony, cacao ceremony and rapéh if you wish. Also different coaching and healing techniques to find your truth☆☆

What to bring:

• Suitable footwear, preferably hiking boots.
• Warm comfortable clothing, wear a few layers instead of one big heavy top, that way you can regulate your temperature easily. No denim.
• Waterproofs
• Some water and personal snacks
• Your own car
