Vice President, Global Body & Interior Aftermarket Purchasing and North America Operations - Stellantis

Teresa Thiele boasts an eclectic career, always finding new ways to challenge herself. She excels at complex program and process management while being a strong advocate and changemaker for advancing minority communities through robust recruiting and development programs.

She is Vice President of Global Body & Interior Aftermarket Purchasing and North America Operations at Stellantis. In this role, she is responsible for leading procurement, program management and part availability for the Company’s aftermarket business, supporting more than 130 markets, providing custom shops, accessories, chemicals, packaging, all service parts, and remanufactured parts.

Teresa has leveraged her talents across a wide variety of departments in addition to Purchasing & Supplier Quality, including Human Resources, Safety & Regulatory, Finance and Business Development. Every role increasing in scope and impact.

In addition to her core responsibilities, she has served as the co-chair of Women of Stellantis since 2019, the Company’s first global business resource group (BRG), noting 5,000 members in 37 countries. Teresa helped co-found the Company’s Women’s Leadership Experience, an award-winning multi-month development program for high-potential women in North America. She also supports Stellantis' Middle Eastern BRG and coaches suppliers in the Stellantis-National Business League National Black Supplier Development Program. Teresa was awarded in 2021 as part of Automotive News’ Notable Champions of Diversity.

Teresa holds a Master of Business Administration (1998), and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (1996) both from the University of Detroit Mercy. She has served on Detroit Mercy's College of Business Administration’s Board of Advisors since 2014.

She is married with 4 kids (ages 17-23), a first generation American of Middle Eastern descent, and loves to travel with family. She is bilingual in English and Aramaic. She was born in New Jersey but raised in Michigan and considers herself a lifelong Michigander.
