Suspended in trees, surrounded by beauty...A-WOL's Art in the Dark performance is a fantastical, full-length production set in a unique and rare outdoor theater-style setting. Transforming a park into a performance spot, each show is packed with the flavor of the Northwest and a wonderful taste of the talent this area has to offer!

Art in the Dark is enjoyed by all ages (children under the age of 5 do not need a ticket and must sit in a lap if purchasing assigned seating). 

No Refunds will be given. Feel free to trade/sell tickets at face value via our Facebook event page. 

Pre-show: guests are invited to arrive early and purchase snacks and beverages from us. Please do not bring your own alcohol. All alcohol needs to be purchased at the event per OLCC. Entry opens at 7:30. Show begins as it gets dark. 

2026 Seating Options

This show takes place in a forested setting. Please read the descriptions carefully when purchasing tickets. This year we are selling the following options:

• Assigned Seating (2 Types of Chairs)
  • Low back - Ground Camping Chairs (Rows 1, 2, 3 & 4)
  • Regular Camping Chairs (Rows 5, 6 & 7)
  • Extra assigned seating rows get released as rows fill up

Assigned Seating: The two options for assigned seats are shown below:

• General Admission Tarps, No Chairs Allowed *first come first serve*
  • 2-person tarps (this is admission for 2 people)
  • 4-person tarps (this is admission for 4 people)
  • If you need a single tarp, or an odd number of people on a tarp - please email us at fly@awoldance.org
• General Admission Tarps, Low Back-Ground Chairs Allowed *first come first serve*
• General Admission Picnic Tables *first come first serve*
  • 6-person picnic table (this is admission for 6 people)
  • 8-person picnic table (this is admission for 8 people)

******NO HIGH BACK CHAIRS ALLOWED ON ANY TARPS -PLEASE RESPECT THIS RULE SO YOU DON'T BLOCK THE PERSON SEATED BEHIND YOU********

Chairs should have legs no taller than 6” and the back of the chair shouldn’t be higher than your shoulders.

Accessible Seating: There are two options for accessible seating this year. For assigned seating, Rows 5, 6 & 7 have regular-height camping chairs (pictured above). If you are looking for tarp seating, please purchase EASY ACCESS SEATING. This is tarp seating on the perimeter and is easier to access than all other seating. There is a sidewalk to enter the park. To access the tarps, you will need to cross bark chips and slightly uneven ground. We have had both walkers and wheel chairs access the accessible seating. If you need something other than this, please contact us at fly@awoldance.org. 

Concessions: Food (pulled pork tacos & other snacks) & drinks (adult and kid-friendly) are available for purchase. 

Weather: this show will happen unless there is an extreme weather event. It is fairly tree-covered. Do dress in layers as the evening can be chilly. Blankets are welcome as well. 

Other notes: Smoking within the park is not allowed. Formal photography and/or video recording is prohibited without a press pass (but feel free to post photos and short videos as long as you hashtag #awoldance and #artinthedark). Children of all ages are welcome, please monitor them closely as they MUST stay seated during the performance. Pets are not allowed.
