------------

A-WOL is attempting to make this showing more sensory-inclusive for our valued audience members. For example, the music will be softer, the lighting will be muted, as it is happening in the daytime.

SEATING OPENS AT 3:30 PM (+FOOD/DRINK/MERCH)

SHOW BEGINS AT 4:00 PM

Under the Trees at Mary S Young Park, West Linn, OR Located on Hwy 43

Art in the Park is enjoyed by all ages (children under the age of 5 do not need a ticket).

No Refunds will be given.

Pre-show: guests are invited to arrive early and purchase snacks and beverages from us or enjoy your own picnic. Entry opens at 3:30 pm. Show begins at 4:00 pm.

Seating: This show takes place in a forested setting. Please read the description BELOW carefully when purchasing tickets. FOR THE FAMILY DAYTIME SHOW WE ARE SELLING GENERAL ADMISSION ONLY. This is first come, first serve. Find a spot on the ground anywhere in the seating area or at a picnic table. Bring a blanket or a low-back ground chair. Be kind and courteous to others. Only take up the space you need. Do your best to sit on an actual tarp so that the walkways are clear for guests and performers. NO HIGH BACK CHAIRS. Arrive early to find a space.

TARP & TABLE SEATING WILL BE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE: It's basically like general admission but we have these really great little tarps attached to the ground for you to sit on or picnic tables to sit at, depending on which purchase you make. This ensures that everyone has a spot, allows for easy navigation through the forest setting and makes it easier to manage ground seating in general. This year there are tarps that allow chairs and others that do not. Please make sure you purchase the appropriate tarp and review the seating chart as to wear the tarps will be located.

Accessible Seating: If you have mobility issues, there will be tarps out the outer perimeter that will allow for regular-height chairs and/or other mobility devices without blocking any other patrons. There is a sidewalk to enter the park. To access the tarps, you will need to cross bark chips and slightly uneven ground. We have had both walkers and wheel chairs access the accessible seating. If you need something other than this, please contact us at fly@awoldance.org.

limited amount of low-back chairs available for rent, select from ticket add-on.
