Aycliffe Archers would love to welcome you at the Durham and Northumberland Archery Association Indoor Novice Championship - a non-record status Portsmouth for novice archers in their first year of Archery GB membership.

Doors open - 12.45pm

Registration and Kit inspection from 1pm

Assembly followed by sighters - 1.30pm

Prizegiving - Approx 5pm, depending on how the shoot goes

Awards according to entries

Closing date 15th Feb 26. No entries on the day

Sorry no refunds after the closing date

Juniors under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult

Archery GB rule 307 (dress code) will apply

Archery GB Transgender policy 1/10/25 will apply

The categories will be:

Junior Female, Junior Open (please also give date of birth if Junior as these categories may be split further according to entries) Senior (18+) Female, Senior (18+) Open, 50+ Female and 50+ Open.

Venue Information - there is ample parking available outside the venue, including accessible parking. Please inform the TO on/before arrival if you need to use the building's accessible entrance (we will need to disable the alarm)

Cold drinks, crisps and snacks are available from the reception desk while the bar upstairs (there is a lift) serves hot meals, drinks and snacks - why not come early and have some Sunday dinner before you shoot?

GDPR - By entering this event you agree to the tournament organisers holding details including, but not limited to, Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Age category, email address, phone number, Archery GB number, disability info.  These may be published in documents or lists relating to and being necessary to run the event.

PHOTOGRAPHY - Anybody wishing to take photographs or videos should register their details with the TO before doing so. Express permission from the subject and/or their parent/responsible adult should be requested to publish images either online or in print.

LIABILITY - Neither Aycliffe Archers nor the Oakleaf Sports Centre nor any of their officials, representatives or staff shall be held liable for any injury or damage caused during the competition, nor can they accept any responsibilty for vehicles, property or possessions left on the premises.
